Flow supports desktop and mobile input, with cloud editing and team features. Those are reasons to keep it if your current setup works. Dictivo focuses on a desktop shortcut, a local transcript and insertion into the app where you write.

Processing, sharing and storage are separate choices
Wispr says transcription is processed in the cloud. Its controls for model-improvement sharing and cloud history storage are separate. Turning off sharing does not make recognition local.
In Dictivo Local, speech recognition takes place on your device after model installation. Cloud Fast uploads the selected recording for remote transcription. Choose that mode only when cloud processing is acceptable for the task.
Also check where the finished text goes. Pasting a locally transcribed draft into an online writing service gives that service the text. Local recognition does not change the destination app’s data handling.
