Dictivo pricing: what Local costs and what it includes
Prices are in US dollars, tax included: the total you see is the total you pay at checkout. Nothing on this page needs a Dictivo account to read or to try.

Dictivo Local is US$29 once until 31 October 2026 and US$49 once from 1 November 2026. The license is perpetual for the version you buy, includes 12 months of updates and new local models, and covers up to 3 personal devices; renewing updates afterwards is optional at US$24 a year. Cloud Fast is a separate, optional add-on at US$8.99 a month. The Tiny local model is free, every new install gets a 14-day full Local trial without a card or Dictivo account, and every purchase has a 14-day no-questions refund.

What the Local license includes
A Local license is perpetual for the version you buy. It includes 12 months of updates and new local models, and it covers up to 3 personal devices. You may use it for personal, professional and commercial work.
After you buy, return to Dictivo and activate Local with the license key from your purchase email. You do not create a Dictivo account to do this.
When the 12 months end, the version you have keeps working. Renewing updates is optional at US$24 a year and is needed only for future app updates and new local models.
What is free
The Tiny local model is free forever. Every new install also starts a 14-day full Local trial with every local model unlocked, plus 10 lifetime Cloud Fast minutes on that device. The trial needs no card and no Dictivo account.
When the trial ends, Dictivo keeps working with the Tiny model. Nothing is charged unless you decide to buy.
Cloud Fast
Use Local when words are private. Use Cloud Fast for low-sensitivity work when waiting breaks your flow.
Cloud Fast is US$8.99 a month and includes 1,500 transcription minutes per month. It works standalone or alongside Dictivo Local, and it uploads only the recordings you choose to send through it. Local mode stays available whenever privacy matters more.

Refunds and the EU right of withdrawal
Every purchase has a 14-day no-questions refund. To request one, email support@dictivo.app with the purchase email and order reference.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. That right exists independently of the refund policy: it is granted by law, not by us.
Pricing questions
01 Is Dictivo a subscription?
No. Dictivo Local is US$29 once until 31 October 2026 and US$49 once from 1 November 2026. The version you buy keeps working; after the 12 included months, renewing updates is optional. Cloud Fast is the only monthly option: a separate, optional add-on at US$8.99 a month.
02 Does Dictivo Local work offline?
Yes, in Local mode after a local model is installed: dictation audio is transcribed on your device, and Dictivo does not send Local dictation audio to a transcription server. The first model download needs internet.
03 How many devices can I use one Local license on?
Up to 3 personal devices. The license may be used for personal, professional and commercial work.
04 What happens after the 12 months of updates?
The version you have keeps working. Renewing updates is optional at US$24 a year and is needed only for future app updates and new local models.
05 When does the Local price change?
On 1 November 2026, from US$29 to US$49. The license terms do not change.
06 What is the refund policy?
Every purchase has a 14-day no-questions refund. Email support@dictivo.app with your purchase email and order reference. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal that is separate from, and additional to, this policy; the refund page explains both.
07 Is the price the same on Windows and Mac?
Yes. One Dictivo Local license covers both desktop platforms, macOS and Windows x64, at the same price.
08 Do I need an account?
No. Local mode never asks for an email or login. After you buy, you activate Local in the app with the license key from your purchase email.
09 Is tax included?
Yes. Prices include applicable sales tax and VAT, so the amount shown is the amount you pay. Prices are in US dollars, and refunds are issued in US dollars.
